The Sqaure Shaker Type Filter is designed as a collector for an intermidate size wood working shop. It delivers dust filtration during operation and automatically shakes when the system is shut down.
 Shaker Type Pneumatic System Filter
The MacDonald Steel Shaker Type collector/filter is a high quality dust filtration system that allows very little down time to clean the bags. Dust laden air enters the separator section below the filter bags, passes through the filter media with dust being captured and deposited on the inside of the individual filter tubes.
The clean air progresses upward through the filter tubes and past the shaker assembly to the clean air outlet. The filter tubes are physically shaken to dislodge the dust, which is activated every time the collector/filter is shut down. The dust is then collected in the cone below for easy disposal. Our collector/filter is made of panel and bolted flanged sections to give it a very strong structure.
